BioAn Explanation of The Cha:
My first roommate Emily had a thing with refusing to call me Sam. She started off calling me Samantha and eventually it somehow became Samancha and then she got lazy and started calling me Cha. She says it sounds more Asian. Not long after she began referring to me as "the" Cha and it stuck. So, I've embraced it.
